Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially uncle (staff called him so and he can speak Cantonese). He helped to book a responsible and reliable taxi driver to floating and railway markets. Rooms are clean and very near to Ratchaprarop station (Bangkok airport rail)-Exit2, 5 minutes walk pass railway track,reach a Siam restaurant, continue to walk straight and turn right before PR Place Hotel (or turn right at the first lane). Very near to Pratunam night market, Pratunam fashion mall and Palladium Mall. Can also walk to CentralwOrld mall. We tried walking to Siam Center too. Come with a mini balcony.

The air conditioning was cold, the room was spacious, the Wi-Fi was fast, there was a balcony, the water pressure was excellent, and the location was perfect.

The location was convenient, being close to the city center. The room itself was ok, with the basic amenities you'd expect and that met our basic needs.

The place is clean and well-maintained. Have hot shower and even hair dryer. Strategic place near pratunam area and Samat Muslim Food. Easy access to BTS

Location is great and Big C, Platinum Mall, Centralworld were all within 10min walk. Friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. 7-11s nearby (less than 5min walk). 2-3 min walk to train station (Airport Rail Link)

We really enjoyed our stay at KC Hotel. It's in a great location, just a short walk to the night market, plenty of places to eat, 7/11, and Watsons. Even tho it's close to the busy streets, it's quiet inside the hotel. The bed was very confy and the pillows were just right, not too high, so my neck felt fine. The room was spacious and clean which made it even more relaxing. Breakfast was good with enough choices and everything we tried was tasty. Wifi really good. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Strategic location - just a stone throw to the nearest Airlink that took us straight to Suvarnabumi Airport (The Airlink was also cost-efficient!), lots of convenient stores, massage parlours, restaurants & most importantly, within walking distance to Platinum Mall - a shopping haven! Across the hotel, we had one of the most amazing foot & body massage!

We did not know what to expect. We just needed a night in Bangkok before returning home the day after. We wanted a place near the Airport rail link - and this hotel is located just a few minutes away from that, which makes it very conveniant coming/going from/to the BKK airport. Room was clean. Very comfy bed and pillow. Great AC Great shower (pressure and heat) We even had a balcony. Room was fairly spacious with a small desk and chair. Friendly staff Can't tell if the surrounding area is "good or hip", but there were plenty restuarants around - and not too far from Siam and Lumphini park, shopping, night markets, etc. Felt safe (I have never felt unsafe in Thailand, but still).

The rooms are lovely and clean. Staff very helpful 👍 The location was great as it's literally next to the markets but far back enough so that it's not noisy. Comfortable bed, great shower. My only gripe is that smoking was not permitted on the balcony. I only booked this room with a balcony as I smoke. Nothing on the booking site stated this and you only get informed at reception upon arrival. Had to keep getting dressed and going down 6 flight of stairs to smoke out the front. Also, there are no litter bins outside. There's plenty of signage stating 'don't litter' but no bins anywhere outside.
